What it is
The Process Readiness Assessment is the starting point for every BretNet engagement. It is a structured evaluation of your existing operations — mapping your SOPs, scoring their agentic maturity, and identifying the two or three processes where AI will deliver the fastest, safest return. We look at documentation quality, data availability, system integration readiness, compliance requirements, and the human oversight model each process requires. The output is a prioritized roadmap: which processes to make agentic first, in what sequence, and what foundational work needs to happen before deployment begins.

Each process scored across five dimensions: documentation quality, data readiness, system integration feasibility, compliance risk, and human oversight requirements.
Priority process selection
A recommended set of two to three processes to target first, with rationale based on impact, feasibility, and risk.
Dependency and prerequisite analysis
Identification of the data, system, and security prerequisites that must be in place before each priority process can be made agentic.
Adoption roadmap
A phased implementation plan — what to do first, what to do next, and what success looks like at each stage.
